Free Fire MAX to launch globally and offer more ways for players to enjoy the game on 28/9

Garena has announced that Free Fire MAX, which offers players an enhanced Free Fire experience, will launch globally. Free Fire MAX is a standalone mobile application that will offer users the same Free Fire gameplay that many across the world have grown to know and love, but with enhanced specifications. 

 

 

Enhancing the user experience is key for Free Fire MAX 

 

Free Fire MAX will offer users around the world an optimised Free Fire experience with enhanced graphics and features, and an in-app customisable map feature. Free Fire MAX players will be able to enjoy the same Free Fire content and gameplay, with enhanced graphics and features, this includes more realistic maps, more immersive gameplay, and Free Fire MAX-exclusive features.

Free Fire MAX is supported by Firelink technology, Free Fire’s in-house technology which enables complete interoperability between Free Fire MAX and Free Fire. This will enable players to:
 

  • Use their same existing Free Fire account to login to Free Fire MAX.
  • Sync all accounts data – including account progress and game items – across both applications. 
  • Play all game modes with all Free Fire players, regardless of the application that they use.

Create Your Own and Play

·       Free to create your own map.

·       Finished maps can be uploaded to the server.

·   Free Fire MAX’s players can invite their friends from Free Fire and Free Fire MAX to play on the maps.

·       The invitation will require a Craftland room card.

·       Cross-Play will be supported but creating is FFM only for now.

  • Other Functions:

·       Players are able to share the maps for others to host.

·       Players can like, subscribe and share the maps

  • Realistic Map

Premium Graphics

·   Graphics of Free Fire MAX is greatly enhanced in all maps with higher resolutions, which brings players next level HD map

Map Effect

·     Adding a new map special effects to provide a more realistic and premium game experience.

·     Ex: Water reflection effect, enhanced safe zone effect, dusting effect, fallen leaves when shooting on the trees

New Map - Bermuda MAX

·       Clock Tower and Factory area have been redesigned, adding details of the inside and outside of the structures, plants, and more

  • Immersive Gameplay- Enhanced visual and sounds effect:

Enhanced animation

·       Animation, such as running, jumping, crawling, is renewed to be more realistic and smoother. Special animation, such as eating mushrooms and parachuting, is optimized as well.

New weapon animation

·       Reloading animation of weapons is reworked for most weapons and is popular among players.

Sound effect:

·       Weapon and explosive sound are renewed to be more realistic

Special effect:

Weapon Tracer effect

·       Increased tracer’s visibility from players’ perspective only for fairness.

2. Bullet hole effect

·       Bullet Hole will appear on the wall and items inside the map. (Training Grounds only)

Vehicle effect: Breaking lights, tire path, etc. (only Free Fire MAX’s players can see their own effect for a better experience, in order to ensure the game fairness)

 

Global Music Video collaboration - Young Stunners

Free Fire Max has officially launched globally on 28/9 on both IOS and Google Play. To celebrate this Garena has a global collaboration, where 7 countries including Pakistan have their own CG music video, featuring local artists. Representing Pakistan is the top trending duo - Young Stunners.

Float activation - Pakistan tour

News flourished about a ‘float’ with Free Fire Characters that is travelling to Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Islamabad. Players came, checked-in and win exclusive in-game and official merchandise, along with the chance to meet multiple content creators who are on the float too! The float will stop at top universities, shopping malls and food districts in each city.
