Dear survivors, 

It has come to our attention that some players intentionally team up with hackers to rank up. In order to maintain a fair gaming environment, we have decided to punish such players based on the action: 

 - Players who team up with hackers for a few matches on the same day will receive a warning email to remind them not to play with hackers anymore. 

 - However, if they decide to ignore the email and continue to play with hackers, they may get banned from playing in teams or playing ranked matches, both of which last for 2 days.

 - For players who team with hackers many times a day, their ranks will be reset to Bronze and they will also be banned from team modes for 2 days. 

Once again, we would like to encourage everyone to enjoy an authentic gaming experience and avoid teaming with hackers.
