Garena today revealed the lineup of activities planned for the game’s special milestone, which includes a widely-anticipated collaboration with world-famous musician and #1 DJ in Latin America, Alok. Apart from a series of mini party games and a wide range of anniversary souvenirs, fans and players can now look forward to the awakening of Alok’s popular in-game character featuring a new themed outfit and heightened healing powers.
Through the anniversary theme of ‘Color the World’, Free Fire hopes to promote inclusivity by inviting players from diverse backgrounds to come together and have fun with the game. Global collaboration with world-famous musician Alok to launch Awakened Alok in the game
Throughout Free Fire’s sixth anniversary in-game event, Awakened Alok will appear in a special outfit adorned with colorful elements inspired by local Brazilian indigenous groups. The character is also equipped with intensified healing powers — when Awakened, Alok’s skill now drops more musical notes that grant teammates healing buffs.
Starting Jul 7, players can awaken Alok by completing a series of milestone missions. Exclusive in-game collectibles co-designed with Alok himself, such as the Awakened Alok male bundle, AN94 gun skin, and a 6th Anniversary Celebration emote, will also be given out for free during Free Fire’s anniversary campaign.
Celebrate with Color Playground party games, anniversary souvenirs, and more
Besides Awakened Alok, Free Fire fans and players can look forward to participating in several festive activities with exclusive rewards such as sixth anniversary-themed collections with Alok’s collectibles and an anniversary Hat; rank protection effects; and a Magic Cube that can be used to unlock selected bundles. These activities include, but are not limited to:
- Color Cube: Players will have to work together to collect tokens for powering up the Color Cube, which will transform into a massive floating island upon accumulating sufficient energy. In the Battle Royale mode, upon being eliminated for the first time, players will be teleported to the floating island where they are able to revive themselves by completing a special gameplay.
